The definition of the word knurl is: “To provide with ridges, to assist the grasp, as in the edge of a flat knob, or coin; to mill.”

knURL.us is no longer accepting new URLs

knURL.us was a demonstration of the knURL module for Drupal. It successfully showed that you can have a TinyURL clone running on your own site. In fact, this site is running in a multisite configuration along with the Exaltation of Larks website.

This site is not a fly by night demo and isn’t going away any time soon. We used knURL.us personally and professionally and will keep it running for the foreseeable future.
